We support not for profit organisations to audit and review their fundraising to date, helping them to develop their fundraising strategy, often remaining in post to help build capacity recommendations. Many of our clients come to us knowing they are ready to appoint their first fundraising lead and wanting support to model and implement the role before securing a permanent recruit.
For many clients, the first Fundraising Director role can require greater strategic experience initially than budget allows for the longer term role. By using us as an interim or first Fundraising Director, we can provide the consultancy piece needed to develop your strategy and the developmental piece required to build your team and department.
